just read this . . . trust me

Last night I woke up as I usually do with my 1:00AM pregnancy clock, annoying.  And to get back to sleep I usually listen to podcasts.  I listen to TED talks, The Moth and Freakonomics (I enjoy them all).  The TED topic was smiling, I had no idea how good this little act is for you!  Check out why you should smile . . .

Yesterday I spent the whole day smiling.  Rather than just look at things I thought were cute (which is what I usually do), I smiled at them.  I smiled at the dogs when they were playing tug of war.  I smiled at this happy kid and proud mama in the pool.  I smiled and laughed when I was lifting furniture to help a friend organize her room.  I smiled at EVERY single idiot driver (normally I honk)!  I smiled a lot and then I realized it REALLY, REALLY did make a big difference.  Oh yeah, and I am sure I smiled at my kids.   :0
