Who doesn't LOVE dessert?! I DO. Here is a tasty dessert I love! It's called CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE and it requires no baking. Our cousins made this a few times this summer and I think ended up eating a whole cake myself! Yes, it's good.
3 box(es) 3.5 oz instant vanilla pudding
3 cup(s) Milk
1 container(s) 8oz cool whip
Graham crackers, 1 box
1 container of prepared chocolate frosting (8 ounces)
- Combine pudding mix & milk. Beat in Cool Whip.
- Place a layer of graham crackers in bottom of 9x13 dish. Spread 1/2 filling mixture on top. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers, add the rest of filling, top with final layer of graham crackers.
- Microwave the frosting in it’s container for 30 seconds and pour over the graham crackers.
- Refrigerate at least two hours.
