last Thursday we had a little party and on Friday I posted about David's brilliant appetizer idea, popcorn. Here was our great idea for dessert! We bought 8 pints of Salt and Straw ice cream. We stuck a HUGE spoon in each pint, gave all our guests and little dessert bowl and spoon. Then we passed the pints around the table and we got to try ALL of them. You don't have to do this with Salt and Straw ice cream. Any ice cream will work. And the best part is you don't have to worry about everyone liking your dessert because if you choose enough flavors (and of course consider the non-dairy, gluten-free and peanut options) you are bound to appease everyone's palette.
