Vitamins . . . . do you take them?

We do and we take a lot!  Multi, vitamin C (in the winter) fish oils, probiotics, vitamin B, fiber and vitamin D.  Every morning I was opening up each of the vitamin containers to dispense vitamins to everyone.  I felt like it took me 15 minutes.  Then I got smart!  I bought the Monday through Sunday vitamin holders (a slot for each day).  Everyone has their own labeled container.  Now the containers are in the pantry and each person gets a gentle reminder to take their vitamins.  It's simple (for me, anyway)!  From time to time I run the containers through the dishwasher and lay them out on the counter to completely dry.
